Day two of Instructional Rounds training has this group of principals, APs, instructional coaches, and central office staff across eight districts in Delaware’s BRINC Consortium practicing their debrief skills after their first-ever classroom observations as a cohort. Here, one small group is working its way up the first two rungs of “the ladder of inference”: Description–compiling the fine-grained evidence they’ve collected related to their Problem of Practice–and Analysis–drawing themes and takeaways from the evidence.
