M.I.N.E. Personalized Learning Model

The Alamance-Burlington Story

Learn how this North Carolina exemplar in Digital Convergence has turned the tables to build a strong foundation and "why" for learning with technology to build culture, community, and purpose through a shared vision. The district built upon their Core Four instructional framework to develop a comprehensive, three-dimensional Personalized Learning Model built on their vision for modern learning, or M.I.N.E., Modern - Innovative - Nurturing - Education. The student-centered M.I.N.E. Personalized Learning Model focuses on empowering, connecting and challenging students in their learning. Learn about Alamance-Burlington's journey through their refinement and enhancement of the Core Four into the M.I.N.E. Personalized Learning Model and how they leveraged their Instructional Model Driver Team, a cross-representative group of instructional leaders from across the large North Carolina district, to inform and develop their model.

The Digital Convergence Framework

The Framework provides a blueprint to lead the modern school district, enabling you to address key steps and milestones in a unified way across the entire organization, aligning five key drivers: Leadership, Instructional Models, Modern Curriculum, Digital Ecosystem, and Professional Learning.

Modern Learning Environments at Scale

A strategic approach to the unification system, Digital Convergence gives districts the pathway to move from theory to action and transform learning at scale.

Collaborate on emerging best practices to lead strategic transformation. The Digital Convergence Framework, endorsed by AASA, The School Superintendents Association, provides a step-by-step methodology to transition from traditional classrooms and transform the student experience at scale.

This curated dialogue will leverage insights from The New Agenda: Achieving Personalized Learning At Scale Through Digital Convergence. Hear from Alamance-Burlington School System, an exemplar in Digital Convergence, on how the methodology has supported their progress. Each district will receive a copy of the book, and lunch will be provided.
